Insured

For companies, the minimum liability insurance required is $1 million. This is often based on the size of the business and the amount is used to cover damage to your roof caused by the builder or by faulty workmanship.

Together with the workmen’s compensation certificate, this will protect you from lawsuits in case a roofing accident occurs on your property.
